Make it happen California…this law will become an excellent tool for educating motorists on how to safely pass a cyclist from the rear…it WILL make cycling safer and save cyclists’ lives…it’s a no brainer.

Good luck and let me know if I can help in any way.

Make it happen California…please. This law will become an excellent tool for educating motorists on how to safely pass a cyclist from the rear…it WILL make cycling safer and save cyclists’ lives.

Help those who fail to understand this see the wisdom of giving motorists a concrete frame of reference for the minimum amount of space needed to pass a cyclist safely. Taking this reasonable step to provide a clear standard for motorist behavior will lead to safer roads for motorists, runners, cyclists, pedestrians and all others.

If there is anything I can do to help you make this happen, just let me know.

    Good luck.
